Fruit–peeling plant was commissioned and produced the first run. It was a company whose history and tradition is continued by JV «AGROMIR JUICE» LLC and JV «AGROMIR KONSERVA» LLC.
Throughout its existence, the Company has been constantly developing and modernizing; it acquired the latest manufacturing equipment. In particular, during the independence years, the Company purchased production lines for production of juice concentrates, purees and pastes manufactured by «BucherBeuer AG» (Switzerland), «BertuzziS.p.a» (Italy), as well as «MembraflovFiltersystem» (Germany).
Modernization of production process has become possible due to investments made by foreign founders of the Company to a large extent.
In 2009, the Company passed the certification procedure on Quality Control System of ISO 9001:2008.
In 2011 the Company acquired, installed and brought into operation the equipment of TetraPakService SA (Switzerland) on production and bottling of neat fruit and vegetable juices and nectars into packages of 0.2 and 1 liter.
At the present moment, on plant capacity of JV «AGROMIR JUICE» LLC and JV «AGROMIR KONSERVA» LLC such well-known in our Republic juice brands as «BLISS» and «MEVA JUICE», as well as canned products under «MARINELLE» and «AGROMIR» brands belonging to the enterprise are being produced. At the same time, the holders of such famous brands as «LORADO» and «CORRADO» can be reckoned among the buyers of canned products made by the enterprise.
The next largest enterprise of the group is FE LLC «GAZALKENT MEVA», located in Tashkent region. This company dates back to 1943 when, during the Great Patriotic War, manufacturing capacities were evacuated from the city of Grozny to Uzbekistan. Prior to 1991, the Company had been known as "Gazalkentskiy konservniy zavod".
In 2008 the composition of Company’s founders was replenished by a foreign investor; and the company gained the status of an enterprise with foreign investments.
In 2008 as part of Company modernization, «BucherBeuer AG» Company (Switzerland) installed and put into operation equipment for production of concentrated apple juice.
Since that time majority of products manufactured by the Company has been shipping for export to the CIS countries.

Currently, the company is engaged in production of concentrated juices, purees and pastes, as well as licenses canned products under t «MARINELLE» and «AGROMIR» brands.
FE LLC «AGROMIR ADAS», located in Taylyak district, Samarkand region was established on the basis of “Adas” Wines and Liquors Center that was in the leading supplier of wine materials for the wine-producing enterprise named after Khovrenko in Samarkand, the Ministry of Food Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1961-1976.
In the first years of independence an office for aseptic storage of products using Yugoslav and Bulgarian equipment was commissioned.
In 2009 full modernization of buildings and facilities, construction of necessary additional storage rooms, weighouse and laboratory that meet all the requirements necessary for full analysis of products were implemented.
In the very year, the Company passed the certification procedure of Quality Control System ISO 9001:2008.
In 2006, a foreign investor became the founder of the Company.
In the period from 2006 to 2008, reconstruction of the existing storage rooms, laboratories and construction of new ones, as well as modernization of production, through purchase and installation of equipment for production of «DELLA TOFFOLLA» (Italy) wine materials were implemented. Measures undertaken allowed using the best practices in this area at a maximum level and thus significantly improve the quality of products.
The quality of products manufactured by the enterprise is confirmed a certificate of quality of Quality Control ISO 9001:2008 received in 2010.
Currently, majority of the products manufactured are subject to exporting.
FE LLC «AGROMIR ZARKENT» located in Parkent district, Tashkent region, started its operation process, from the moment when "Zarkent" wine-producing center was commissioned.
In 2006 the foreign company has become the founder of the enterprise.
In the period from 2006 to 2008, the company faced reconstruction of the existing and construction of new storage facilities, laboratories, and the modernization of production by obtaining and installing the equipment for the production of wine materials from DELLA TOFFOLLA Company (Italy). The implemented measures enabled the best use of advanced experience in this field and, accordingly, significant improvement of the product's quality.
In 2010 the quality of the products manufactured by the enterprise is confirmed by the received certificate of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008.
Currently, the major part of the products is shipped for export.
Relatively young companies - producers of concentrated juices, purees and pastes in the group of companies «AGROMIR» are deemed to be FE LLC "AGROMIR BUKHARA" and FE LLC «AGROMIR CHUST». Their history goes back to 2002.
Moreover, in 2002 with a Decision of the Shareholder’s Meeting «ChustGoldenFruitltd.» LLC was created in the city of Chust ,Namangan region Chust.
At a time of establishment of the Company its property basis was comprised of the property of procurement agricultural base of the city of Chust, purchased by the Company on stock exchange.
In 2003, in connection with entering of a foreign investor into the Shareholder’s composition the Company received a status of an enterprise with foreign investments.
In the very year the Company established and put into operation modern Italian equipment of «AlbertoBertuzziSpA» Company for production of fruit puree and tomato paste.
FE LLC "AGROMIR BUKHARA", located in Bukhara region, starts its activity on the basis of «FruitWorldLtd.» Agro-firm LLC that had been established in the early 2003ies.
In the same year, on the basis of financial futures the enterprise purchased the property complex of the production base "Agricultural enterprises on production of feed crops" under the Department of Agriculture and Water Economy of Bukhara region.
In 2004, the company received the status of an enterprise with foreign investments.
In the period from 2005 to 2009, modernization of production within the Company, purchase and installation of manufacturing equipment for production of concentrated juice, purees and pastes manufactured by «AlbertoBertuzziSpA» (Italy), «BucherBeuer AG» (Switzerland) Companies were implemented.

The production of juices and nectars under the brand «Bliss», as well as fruit and vegetable preserves under the brand «Marinelle» was launched.

In 2015 the company purchased, installed and commissioned the third line for bottling juices and nectars in 1 litre packages of «Tetra Pak Global Distribution SA» Company (Switzerland).
One of the important features of the «AGROMIR» Group of Companies is a closed production cycle, which includes all the stages of the process - from raw material procurement to the sale of the finished product.
«AGROMIR» LLC was evaluated and certified as meeting FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION 22000 requirements in accordance with ISO / TS 22002-1.
